SUBMERGED ARC FLUX RE-BAKE OVENS
1. PORTABLE SUBMERGED ARC FLUX OVENS
A. The HTP-100-850° Super Flux Oven has approximately 100 pound
storage capacity. Total and uniform heating of flux is accomplished with
six powerful heating elements (1500 watts total). This oven re-bakes flux
at an adjustable temperature range setting of 32°F to 850°F (0°C to
455°C), for a selected amount of time -- 3 minutes to 999 hours. (Factory
pre-set fot 3 hrs). After the bake time has elapsed the oven will shift to a
storage mode with a temperature range of 0 °F to 850 °F (0 °C to 455 °C).
Oven has large, hard, rubber wheels for complete portability. Internal
oven compartment vents any pressure build-up. The storage temperature
is maintained until the Re-bake button is pushed again. Large digital
temperature gages and push buttons make operation very easy and. The
unit comes complete and ready for use.
