2. LPFR-3 (ELECTRIC), LPFR-3-A/P OR SUPER-LPFR-3-A/P (AIR POWERED) FLUX RECOVERY SYSTEM.

For direct mounting on Lincoln Electric’s flux feed tank.
The LPFR-3 flux recovery system mounts directly to the
pressurized flux feed tank. The LPFR-3 screws on the
tank in place of the top pressure cap. It recovers all the
unfused flux and transfers flux to pressure tank via a
butterfly valve and geared hand-wheel opener. The LPFR-3
(electric) comes with 15 ft. of recovery hose, the LPFR-3-
A/P (air powered) with 10 ft. of recovery hose, and the
SUPER-LPFR-3-A/P (air powered) comes with 15 ft. of
recovery hose. All units come with NZ-1 flux pick-up
nozzle... ready to use.

A. LPFR-3 Electric
Input power: 115v/1ph/50-60hz/9 amps

B. LPFR-3 Electric
Input power: 220v/1ph/50-60hz/4.5 amps

C. LPFR-3-A/P Air Powered
Input power: Shop air (70-100 psi @ approx. 8 cfm,
using minimum 1/4" I.D. air hose.)

D. SUPER-LPFR-3-A/P Air Powered
Input power: Shop air (70-100 psi @ approx. 14 cfm,
using minimum 1/2" I.D. air hose.)

* Available to fit other manufacturer’s pressure feed tanks; please consult the factory.

IMPORTANT NOTE

24v control circuit for on/off pendant is available for AS-4, PS-2, LPFR-3 and PFR-3.
