3. XP-3TRAC-C “ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT” “AIR POWERED” MIGHTY-MIGHT
FLUX RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR LINCOLN CRUISER TRACTOR MOUNTING.

The XP-3TRAC-C is an “ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT” and
VERY COMPACT air powered flux recovery unit for
Lincoln Electric’s Cruiser submerged arc welding tractors.
The powerful air operated vacuum continuously feeds
recovered flux to the welding nozzle without the need of
any flux transfer valve. (Since recovered flux passes
through a compressed air stream...unlike the APT-2 or
AP-1...it is necessary to use clean, dry compressed air
supply {no oil, dirt or water}). This unit recovers flux
while welding and automatically separates out dust, fines
and slag, and feeds recovered flux to welding nozzle.
Comes complete with five (5) feet of recovery hose, mount-
ing bracket for Lincoln Cruiser Tractor, standard FHM-1 flux
hose mounting bracket and standard NZ-1 flux pick-up
nozzle. See pages 30 and 31 for other accessories.
(Consult factory for mounting brackets for tractors
other than Lincoln.)

Input power: Clean and dry shop air (70-100 psi; 8 cfm,
using a minimum 1/4" I.D. air hose.)
