“AIR POWERED” TRACTOR FLUX RECOVERY UNITS
1. APT-2-C “AIR POWERED” MIGHTY-MIGHT FLUX RECOVERY SYSTEM FOR LINCOLN CRUISER
TRACTOR MOUNTING.
The APT-2-C is a lightweight modular air
powered unit for Lincoln Electric’s Cruiser
submerged arc welding tractors. Powerful air operated
vacuum introduces no oil or water to the flux and pro-
duces no damage to recovered flux particles since
recovered flux is not in compressed air stream. Recov-
ers flux while welding and automatically separates out
dust, fines and slag. Places reusable flux back into
tractor flux hopper with dump valve. Comes complete with
six (6) feet of hose, mounting bracket, standard FHM-1
flux hose mounting bracket and standard NZ-1 flux pick
up nozzle. See pages 30 and 31 for other accessories.
(Consult factory for mounting brackets for tractors
other than Lincoln.)
Input power: Shop air (70-100 psi, 8 cfm
using minimum 1/4" I.D. air hose).

reusable flux back into tractor flux hopper with dump
