8. PFR-3000 PRESSURE FEED AND RECOVER SYSTEM.

The PFR-3000 pressure feed and recover system recovers flux back to the
flux separation hopper; recovered flux is then pressure-fed to torch or
welding equipment hopper. (Requires a “Mighty-Mac” vacuum to provide
vacuum power and compressed air input of 60-100 psi @ approximately 1
cfm.) (See pg. 79, item 14 {MAGSEP-100} for optional magnetic separator
and TB-MM708 figure nos. 21, 22 and 23 for complete system requirements.)
Different hopper and pressure feed tank capacities are listed below.

A. PFR-3000-200/100 - 150 Lb. Capacity Hopper/Separator
100 Lb. Capacity Pressure Tank

B. PFR-3000-300/300 - 300 Lb. Capacity Hopper/Separator
300 Lb. Capacity Pressure Feed Tank

C. PFR-3000-600/400 - 400 Lb. Capacity Hopper/Separator
600 Lb. Capacity Pressure Feed Tank

D. PFR-3000-1200/1000 -1000 Lb. Capacity Hopper/Separator
1200 Lb. Capacity Pressure Feed Tank

E. PFR-3000-1500/2000 - 2000 Lb. Capacity Hopper/Separator
2000 Lb. Capacity Pressure Feed Tank

ELECTRONIC FLUX LEVEL SENSOR:
Optional electronic high or low flux level sensor is available to sense flux level of pressure tank or flux hopper. When
flux level is low (or high; based on your requirements), a loud audible alarm and flashing light on control panel will
signal operator (See page 38 - 39 for sensor options and pricing.)

**Please note, the PFR-3000 flux pressure feed and recovery system is now manufactured with an internal
flux cone. This cone allows complete draining of all flux out of the tank. There is no stagnant area in the
tank from which flux will not flow out of the tank.
