FLUX PRESSURE FEED TANK SYSTEMS
1. PT-”x”00 FLUX PRESSURE FEED TANK SYSTEM.
The PT-”x”00 is a flux pressure feed tank system for pressure feeding flux to a flux hopper or welding torch.
Many tank sizes are available, i.e. 100 pound, 300 pound, 600 pound, or larger. Also flux feed nozzle for 1/2",
3/4" or 1" I.D. flux feed hose is available. (See T-NOZ-”x” on page 82.) (Compressed air input of 60-100 psi
@ approximately 1 cfm is required.) (i.e. 100 pound tank with 3/4" I.D. flux feed hose has a part number
PT-100-3/4). Please consult factory with exact requirements for pricing.
A. PT-3 (60 pound tank)
B. PT-100 (100 pound tank)
C. PT-300 (300 pound tank)
D. PT-600 (600 pound tank)
Please consult factory for larger size tanks.
NOTE: Specify flux feed hose diameter. 1/2",3/4" or 1" are standard.
Hose does not come with tank. See page 83 for feed hoses.
For Electronic low or high flux level sensor an option is available for all
size pressure tanks. When flux level is low (or high, based on your require-
ments), a loud audible alarm and flashing light on control panel will signal
operator. (See page 38 for sensor options).
2. HPT-”x”00 HEATED FLUX PRESSURE FEED TANK SYSTEM.
The HPT-”x”00 is the same as above PT-”x”00, but is heated to 250°F (121°C), adjust able.
A. HPT-100 (100 pound tank)
B. HPT-300 (300 pound tank)
C. HPT-600 (600 pound tank)
Please consult factory for larger size tanks.

For high temperature electronic high or low level sensor (as described
in item no.1 above), see page 39.
**Please note, the PT-”x”00 and HPT-”x”00 flux pressure feed tank systems are now manufactured with an
internal flux cone. This flux cone allows complete draining of all flux out of the tank. There is no stagnant
area in the tank, from which flux will not flow out of the tank.
