IMPORTANT NOTE: For diagrams of flux recovery system configurations, see the “Heavy Duty”
section of your catalog and look in the Technical Bulletin “TB-MM708,” or call us for engineering

            9. MS-1-E/P SEPARATOR.

The MS-1-E/P Separator is the same as Item 8, except flux is
automatically transferred to the lower welding head hopper.
115v or 220V input and shop air (70-100 psi with minimum 3/
16" I.D. air hose required. The air operates flux valve only,
does not provide vacuum). (See pg. 64, item no. 12
{MAGSEP-1} for optional magnetic separator.) See Technical
                                                Bulletin TB-MM708 figure nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.)

                                                Input power: 115v/1ph/50-60hz
                                                Input power: 220v/1ph/50-60hz

            10. HAMX-50.

HAMX-50 recovers unfused flux and automatically mixes a pre-
set ratio of new flux to recovered and dispenses this mixture to
the welding torch while welding. The HAMX-50 holds 25
pounds of new flux and 25 pounds of recovered flux in sepa-
rate heated chambers (32°F/0°C to 250°F/121°C). It replaces
existing OEM flux hopper. (User must provide own mounting
brackets for attachment of HAMX-50 to welding system.)
Larger capacity systems are available, please consult factory
with your requirements. Hoses, pick up nozzle and magnetic
