AIR POWERED FOR AUTOMATIC WELDING HEADS

1. AP-1 MIGHTY-MIGHT “AIR POWERED” FLUX VAC.

Powerful air operated vacuum introduces no oil or water
into the flux and produces no damage to recovered flux
particles since recovered flux is not in compressed air
stream. AP-1 mounts directly to standard Lincoln Flux
Hopper and newer Miller Flux Hoppers. (Use MADP-1 for
FH308B Miller Hoppers (*See page 41). (Can be adapted
to any automatic welding head by using optional FH-1
Flux Hopper.) Comes complete with five (5) feet of hose,
hopper mounting brackets, NZ-1 nozzle and flux hopper
sight glass. (FHM-1 or FHM-1ADJ flux hose mounting
brackets and MAGSEP-1 Magnetic Separator are op-
tional; see pages 30 and 33.)

Input power: Shop air (8 cfm @ 70-100 psi, using
minimum 1/4" I.D. air hose).

2. SUPER-AP-1 MIGHTY-MIGHT “AIR POWERED” FLUX VAC.

Same as regular AP-1, except this unit has twice the
vacuum power and twice the flux capacity of the AP-1.
Also has dump valve lever and sight glass windows on
both sides of unit. Comes complete with five (5) feet of
hose, hopper mounting brackets, NZ-1 nozzle and flux
hopper sight glass. (FHM-1 or FHM-1ADJ flux hose
mounting brackets and MAGSEP-1 Magnetic Separators
are optional; see pages 30 and 33).

using minimum 1/2" I.D. air hose).
